Gail is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College- Associate in Applied Science- Criminal Justice graduating with honors/GPA 4.0. She obtained her Bachelor's degree at Lakeland College. She also obtained her 520-hour Law Enforcement State Board Certification for the State of Wisconsin in 2012. Gail has passed her Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination & Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam. She received three Human Resources Certificates and is currently studying for her SHRM-CP.
Prior to her employment with DBHW Wealth Partners, Gail worked almost 7 years at a small investment firm as an office manager and executive assistant (2007-2013). Before that she comes from the field of law offices. She was a billing supervisor specialist for 10 years. Gail has been with DBHW Wealth Partners since 2013. Gail's career with DBHW started as an Operations Manager. In January 2023, she began working as the Human Resources Manager located at the South Milwaukee branch. She is responsible for hiring, training managers and employees to have a deeper, wider skill set. It is her responsibility to make the cultural integration easier for our employees. Gail manages employee relations while mediating areas of conflict between employees and between employees and management.
Gail has been a Wisconsin Notary Public since 2007.
Gail has 2 children, both boys, Jordan (29) and Zachary (21);3 stepchildren, Kodi, Joshua and Megan; and 2 grandsons, Jackson and Adam. She is married to John. They have a family dog that is 14 years old, a Pekingese/Maltese mix, named Max. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends and relaxing.
