Wendi Hall, CPA, PFS, Investment Advisor Representative

Wendi leads our tax and accounting team to provide a variety of compliance services to our clients including tax returns, financial statements, and payroll. For our top clients, Wendi acts as a fractional CFO to develop customized financial strategies, business direction, and improve profitability for businesses of all sizes. Meeting her clients where they are, uncovering where they want to go, and guiding them through the weeds to achieve those goals is her specialty. “I love to help business owners who are confused by their business and personal finances gain clarity with their financial issues and goals, so they can spend more time doing the work they love, pay off debt, provide more financial stability for their families, and set up and work toward their retirement goals.”

 Wendi can also be found, seen, and heard speaking on stages across the country, a variety of publications, and numerous podcasts providing guidance, ideas, and best practices to business owners and her fellow number geeks. Most recently she’s been featured on the podcasts Profit First Nation and Abundant Accountant and in the WICPA journal, On Balance.

 Wendi is a certified Mastery Level Profit First Professional; one of fewer than 100 across the globe. Her Profit First consulting focuses on making sure business owners actually take a paycheck from their business, pay themselves profit sharing, and have enough saved for taxes each year. The firms she works with experience increased profit margins, tax savings, and peace of mind.

 Wendi is currently serving as Chair of the national Foundation of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance, providing scholarships and advancement assistance for women in the accounting and finance fields. She also serves as past president of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance. She is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

 Wendi has been married to her best friend, Geoff, for 34 years. They have four children and five granddogs. In her free time, she loves to camp, connect with friends, and play Sheepshead.
