Aliina graduated from Bradley University with a double major in Business Finance and Economics. She joined the family's firm in 2009, working in administrative roles until her graduation in 2017. Initially on the advisor track, Aliina quickly discovered her passion for practice management and business development. In her current role, she is responsible for creating and refining firm processes, focusing on improving efficiency and fostering collaboration around practice management. Aliina also supports managing partners with business development initiatives and empowers her team of 20, overseeing firm operations and career development. Aliina strives for operational innovation, optimizing processes, and being the architect of efficiencies within DBHW Wealth Partners.
Outside of work, Aliina is active in the volleyball community, coaching club volleyball for 13 years and serving as a certified official with the Badger Region and USVA. She has had the opportunity to work NCAA Division I as an official and work with the NCAA Division III as a coach. When Aliina isn't in the gym, she enjoys traveling and designing travel itineraries as a side project. She is also very active within her sorority as an active alum with Sigma Kappa.
