Ashley Iwinski, MBA

Ashley Iwinski is an Associate Financial Advisor with DBHW Wealth Partners, where she is committed to guiding clients through personalized, strategic financial planning. A proud Southeast Wisconsin native and graduate of Cudahy High School, Ashley’s dedication to finance and client service has shaped a career grounded in technical expertise, relationship-building, and continuous professional growth. 

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2019. Immediately following her undergraduate studies, she pursued her Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee while beginning her career in the investment industry. During this time, she joined USBancorp as a Mutual Fund Administrator, gaining hands-on experience in the investment operations space and developing a strong foundation in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and advisor relations. 

In May 2021, shortly after completing her MBA, Ashley joined DBHW Wealth Partners. Since then, she has advanced along the Advisor career path, earning promotions from Wealth Management Assistant I to Wealth Management Assistant II, then to Associate, ultimately growing into her current role as Associate Financial Advisor. Her progression reflects her commitment to excellence, her collaborative approach, and her passion for empowering clients to achieve their financial goals. 

Ashley is actively pursuing her Certified Financial Planner™ certification through the American College of Financial Services. She has successfully passed the SIE (Securities Industries Essentials), the Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam, and the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination. Her ongoing education complements her drive to become a Lead Wealth Advisor and strengthens her ability to serve clients with clarity, confidence, and care. She values the mentorship of current Lead Wealth Advisors and strives to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the clients she supports. 

Ashley currently resides in Somers, Wisconsin with her boyfriend, Jake, and their dog, Ollie, a Blue Heeler/Dalmatian mix. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at Schaumburg Boomers games, where Jake coaches, cruising, visiting local coffee shops, and embracing her longtime love for all things The Grinch.
