Chuck’s career began with Strong Funds in Menomonee Falls, WI while earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After graduation, he became a service advisor in Denver, CO and the went onto North Carolina to distribute over $150 million of fixed and variable annuities as a Regional Vice President (wholesaler) with Jackson National Life. The financial crisis of 2008 inspired Chuck to open Winn Winn Financial, an independent firm designed to provide financial advice. He joined Metlife in 2013 to offer more robust life and disability insurance client solutions. Chuck became a partner of DBHW Wealth Partners in 2018 to support and expand the firm’s tax smart financial planning efforts. While managing his client’s financial plans, he also provides mentorship for the next generation of financial advisors, advisor recruiting and monitoring of the managed accounts provided by DBHW Wealth Partners.
Chuck has successfully passed the FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative exam, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law exam and the Series 65 Uniform Combined State Law exam, as well as obtaining Health and Life Insurance licenses. Chuck has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 2016 after completing educational course requirements in Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Financial Planning, Estate Planning and Insurance Planning. Chuck earned his degree in Business Administration from UW-Milwaukee, summa cum laude, in 2003.
Chuck lives in Menomonee Falls. If you run into him outside of work, he’s probably having fun with his kids Mark (19) and Joelle (17) or family. He loves adventure and the outdoors, especially riding dirt bikes, fishing, downhill skiing, traveling and golfing. He recently decided to pursue flight, and is on his way to earning his private pilot’s license.
