Hayes is a Wealth Intern in the South Milwaukee Office and is currently a student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where he studies Finance and Business Analytics through the Carlson School of Management. He hopes to pursue a career as a financial advisor. In his role with DBHW, Hayes looks forward to expanding his financial and analytical skill set, gaining insight into the decision-making process behind comprehensive wealth management, and learning from experienced professionals in the field. Hayes is hardworking, competitive, and committed to bringing a high standard of performance to every team he joins.
Outside of work, Hayes values spending time with his family and his Australian Shepherd, Flavius. He is also an avid golfer and tennis player and can often be found enjoying a competitive game of Monopoly.
